I just want to say a big thank you to you for your help in closing the sale of our house in Reseda last April.
I was very excited to accept a job transfer to Texas last June, and little did I know that the Real Estate Market plus the credit markets were going to crash in a big way a few days after I put my house on the market. I had listed the house with an agent who promised to do all she could to sell the house, and I moved to Dallas at the end of September. By December, my husband and I realized that apart from lowering the price of the house, keeping us informed on a weekly basis about hits on the website, and sending us newsletters informing us that the Real Estate values and credit markets were getting worse every day, our agent was not doing anything different to push the sale of the house. We were now maintaining two households in Dallas and Los Angeles, and fast running out of my relocation money.
